Your details, plainly explained.

This site belongs to Rohit Singh, an independent designer. It exists to show my work and to let you tell me about a project. This page explains what happens to the information you share.

What I collect

The only personal information this site asks for is what you enter into the project form:

• Your name and email address
• Your business or brand name and website, if you provide them
• Details of your project, including your goals, audience, budget, and preferred dates
• Any links or additional information you choose to share

The site itself has no user accounts, and I have not added analytics or advertising trackers to it.

Why I collect it

I use your information to read your inquiry, reply to you, discuss your project, and, where appropriate, prepare a quotation. I don’t use it for anything else, and I won’t add you to a mailing list.

The form provider

The form on this site sends your inquiry through Web3Forms, an external service that delivers it to my email inbox. Your information therefore passes through that service. Its own privacy policy applies to its handling of the information.

How inquiries are handled

Your inquiry reaches me directly. I read it myself and use it to respond to you. I don’t sell your information or share it with other parties, other than the service providers needed to receive it and communicate with you, such as the form provider and my email provider.

Please only share links you’re comfortable with me opening, and avoid sending passwords or other sensitive personal information through the form.

Correcting or deleting your details

You can ask me at any time to correct or delete the information you’ve sent. Write to me at Info@designbyrohit.site.

Fonts and images

The typefaces and images on this site are served from the site itself, so viewing a page doesn’t send a request to a font or image service.

Changes to this page

If the way I handle inquiries changes, I’ll update this page.
